I don't mean to nit-pick here, but Traditional Aikido Methods(techniques), came mostly from the Martial Art of Kendo, and also from the Style of Aiki-jujutsu - The O'Sensei Founded the Style of Aikido in 1945, in which, most of the (kyusho) was removed, and the (harmony with your fellow man was put in). Which changed the Fine Art of Traditional Aikido into Modern Aikido
