Tai-Chi
I do a tai-chi form every morning and I find it centres me for the rest of the day. Very good at focusing yourself and your breathing. I have had asthma since birth and since studying tai-chi, Aikido and other disciplines associated with breathing, my Asthma has ceased being a problem. I control it, it doesn't control me.
