How do you deal with aches after a training session?
For the past couple of Saturdays, I have been attending 2 hours of class rather than the usual one, and these have left me aching quite a bit afterward.
I have my own routine for dealing with the aches, which involves light movement (collapsing into a chair when I get home is bad), fluids, and aspirin or tylenol if things are bad enough.
This got me thinking, what do others do to deal with their own aches?
