Does your class include a cool down period?
I find that after an extended period of exertion, the aches and pains are a lot less prominent if I end the workout with a good cool down & some stretching.
It doesn't have to be anything crazy, I realize that you just went through two hours of activity, but it might help. If you are doing a cool down and the aches are still killing you I've heard that a lot of guys have success with muscle rubs like Icy-Hot.
