you could also write down the moves after you learn them so that later when you practice them you will have a little reminder.

if you are a visual person, it might be helpful to think of each move as a portion of a fight with an imaginary attacker.

keep in mind though, since you just started, you are learning so much that it is hard to remember anything, let alone a complex series of movements. don't be hard on your self or get discouraged.
