High Cardio
so i am teaching MA again. One of the classes they want me to do is really high cardio. luckily i take Muay Thai so i have tons of ideas.... but i really don't want to concentrate on just the techniques of one MA.
what are some of the toughest exercises that you do at your school? (cardio or strength training... anything really intense)
