Kicks.
Pick five different kicks, teach the students how to do them, practice them slowly (for proper form), then switch to high speed, ten reps for each side, striving for something close to a kick per second.

Really, though, any technique, when performed for speed, will yield amazing cardio results. When I'm doing the basic bo warmup as fast as I can, I end up breathing really hard.
