the pictures will be loaded shortly, but i am sure you have noticed the new rank displayed under your name. this is a little incentive to encourage (quality) posting. as you post more you will move up in ranks until you reach the black belt level. here are the levels:

White Belt 1 Posts
Yellow Belt 15 Posts
Orange Belt 30 Posts
Green Belt 50 Posts
Brown Belt 75 Posts
Blue Belt 100 Posts
Purple Belt 150 Posts
Red Belt 250 Posts
Black Stripe 350 Posts
First Degree Black Belt 500 Posts

Neat! I think this is a cool addition to the forum and hopefully will encourage people to not lurk and join in the conversation.

I like it! I think it will encourage posting, hopeful quality posts. It's always nice to add an incentive for forum members.
