Default Training?

I am interested in learning more about kickboxing. I was thinking about getting started with a few classes. What is the best way to train? Are there certain techniques to help improve my endurance?

sparring and skipping rope should greatly increase your endurance, but it is highly advisable for you to get involved in a reputable class to learn the techniques properly, a simple search on the internet should help you locate schools in your neck of the woods

Go to a nearby Gym or Boxing Ring (doubt theres one nearby) and see if there are any beginner classes available.

It can help if you mix it with another martial art. Perhaps one heavily focused on form and balance. Training is pretty intense (if you're serious aobut it). I myself trained in it but a few of my friends do and it looks pretty fun.
