A friend reccomeneded the dvd listed below, so ive found the following information on it to help you help. Maybe this will be a good start for you.

I think you can actually learn alot from these videos but you need the right frame of mind and you have to be the type of person that can work with that type of atmosphere.
However not all people can follow vdeos and feel they dont learn anything, lots of people are like this. Try researching on places like this and try to look for some lessons if you just cant get on with DVDs.

While I listed that DVD above, thats only because it was asked for, Personaly, I believe that if you want to learn any martial art, you should go to a profesional trainer, be it at a class at a local gym, or a one on one session.
I dont believe that a dvd can teach you any more than a book.
