Funny thing about MT is that as anything, everyone wants to be on the craze. The MT shorts have Thai wirting on the, but authentic MT doesnt endulge in such until recently. Most of the MT shorts out there simple have Muay Thai, in Thai language. In short a comercial gimmick to sell. Much like a badge, emblem, or patch on uniforms to display recognition.

That always happens with Martial arts. I blame the people who join the UFC and such. They train to fight but they don't train in a martial art really. The simply learn the moves and not the important things about the style. Then they get on TV and hype up this art form that they know nothing about and create a huge demand and popularity around it. Now not all these fighters are like this but I've noticed a lot of them I have met are like that.

And the sad part is, woman are getting into it like boxing. Sorry, I dont find anything feminine about two women brusing up each other. I mean the nose, eyes, face, gets swollen to shear ugliness.
