Looking for advice...

I´d like to start kickboxing and I´m looking for advice...
What do I need as an apparel or material to pratice it? What protection do I need ( I´m a girl)?
I don´t know anything about the art martial brands, could you advice me?

I personally do not know very much about kick boxing. We teach cardio kick boxing at our school. which is quite different.
The one advice I can give you is to find a school that you would like to attend and go watch some classes. Talk to other students. Ask the school about the required gear.

I have a chest guard, a shin guard, a headgear. My favorite brand is Woldorf, Title, Everlast. Recommend this one for you. They have many great brands.
