Default which one would you advise ?

I dont do any martial arts anymore, I did kick boxing up untill a week ago or so, but have stopped, as its too much with the time I spend at the gym.
So heres the question, is there a martial art I could train in that isnt as demanding as kick boxing.
Things that need consideration are....
Is the training hard, or time consuming ?
Would it work well with the time I spend at the gym?
I'm open to all sugestions

Do you want to compete? Im assuming not, its just for fitness right?
Boxing would be the simple one, you can do it at home with a boxing bag, would that suit you?

Are you wanting to learn an art? Or is this just for self-defense or just for getting in shape?
To learn an art takes time and dedication and the time factor, well the more you put in the better you will be.
For just self defense you may want to look into Combat Hapkido.
For a work out, I agree with Steven-boxing would be great.

If you just want to practice and you aren't looking to compete I agree boxing is great, it's versatile and can be done most anywhere and you can train and work on it at home without a gym with some simple equipment.

Yeah its not really an art but if you want to get in shape then that is the way to go. Its not really an art unless ot become professional.
