Default Energy Drinks?

I have drunk a few in the past and they were ok. I used to drink red bull and volt. Does anyone here use energy drinks? If so, which ones do you like the best? Are there any that you just stay away from?

Nope, I dont' drink them, though I have tasted red bull. Can't say that I have a favorite if I don't drink them. I hear they're awsome though!!!

I love Red Bull! I have not really tried many other energy drinks because I am happy with the results I get from Red Bull.

I don't drink them often. I have tried a few like monster and red bull. It usually gave me an instant kicked but it didn't last long enough for me. Occassionally I will drink a red bull but for the most part try to stay away from the stuff.

I am an energy drink junkie. I never got into coffee but can drink several energy drinks in no time. I like red bull, monster, and amp. There are several other out there but these are the only ones that I like so far.

I'll have to give some of these others a try that you all have mentioned. All I have really used before is Red Bull, which I love by the way... The next time I go shopping I think I'll buy a few different brands to try out just to see if I happen to like them better

Just make sure you don't become reliant on energy drinks to be able to get anything done. They are okay once in a while for a quick pick me up, but I try not to make a habit of it.

I don't drink any for working out, it will dehydrate you faster and will overall worsen your workout. I do drink them outside of fitness stuff and I usually drink Bawls.

Ditto! I've really had to take a hard look at my caffeine intake & cut way back. It can really have negative effects if you become dependent.
