I drink some protein drinks every once in a while, but not very often. They taste decent.

I eat a lot of fish, but I don't prepare it so I'm usually not even sure what kind it is.

Protein drinks are a good idea. Unfortunately, a lot of them seem to be packed with sugar so I have to read labels pretty carefully. I like to add a little protein powder to my steel-cut oatmeal.

Tofu and hoisin. 3 cubes a day. Body fat is truly dropping off since initiation.
