Default Healthy dairy products

What are your favorite healthy dairy products? Personally, I think you can't beat the health qualities of yogurt with active cultures.

Skim milk is my favorite, followed closely by yogurt.

I cannot stand any type of cheese except for string cheese, so I guess that I would have to say that yogurt is my favorite type of dairy. I'm not a milk drinker either.

One other good one is kefir. It's a yogurt drink and is often fruit-flavored. It's quite delicious!

All kinds of cheese, and 2% milk. With a little protien powder.
You have to beef it up you know.

I like yogurt, well I am starting to like it. Strawberry mostly.

Protein powder is a great suggestion. I also add sugar-free flavored syrups that they make for coffee drinks to add a pleasant taste.
