Default Protein

We all know that protein is vital to grow.
I know protein can be found mostly in all kinds of fish, but I get bored of eating fish everyday.

What other foods can I get protein from?

I believe nuts are a great source of protein as well.
As well as:
eggs
milk
yoghurt
chicken, beef

All these foods supply protein so you can really mix things around and eat a good variety.

I always eat tuna for protein. Its easy as you dont have to cook it.
Some people eat raw eggs, but i cant do that! I eat scrambled eggs for breakfast.
What sort of nuts have protein?

About 3 mornings a week (generally the days I workout), I make a protein shake for my breakfast. Whey protein, fat free milk, & fresh fruit can make a great breakfast shake!

Thanks for posting that list. I like fish but I can't handle eating it all the time. I eat tuna sometimes. I have tried a few shakes but I haven't found any that I really liked the taste of.

Protein can be easily found in most foods.

But unless you want to be a bodybuilder and grow bigger you dont really need hi protein for martial arts.

They say for muscle growth depending on your weight,eg if you weigh 70kg you should have 70 grams of Protein a day,one gram per every kilogram.

But high protein can also have a contradiction and effect calcium in our bodys, which isnt a good thing either.

Add fruit to your shakes. I buy a "vanilla" flavored powder, mix it with milk and blend in a banana or even a bit of ice-cream. that usually helps with the flavor
