Enter when you feel you are ready. If you wait until you can win you are going ot be waiting forever because in tournaments it's really about experience. If you wait until your skills are high you will still lose because you have no experience. If you start now not only will your skills improve faster but when they get to tournament level you will have the experience to win. You just need to not take losing personaly. It can be a great experience but be warned, competition can bring out the worst in people, especially in martial artists.
