Default How often do you workout?

I currently work out 3 times a week. I seem to stay in shape just fine doing this and eating half-way healthy. How often do you work out?

I work out about 4 times a week. I was doing 5 but I found that if I adjusted my workouts I could could cut back. I do a lot of cardio and endurance. I also like weights when I have time.

It's funny isn't it, I have no problem training during the week after work, but when I'm off on the weekend it's seems like a struggle to find the time

I currently do a workout every other day. About an hour to an hour and a half and I work on whatever feels good for the day, but I always try to put in a lot of cardio.

Being pregnant now, I am only training 2 times a week. And it is a bit of a modified workout at that. I am sure to still teach classes, without the sparring and jumping.
I also practice some yoga and Tai Chi.

I try to get my heart pumping for at least 30 minutes every day, even if it's just a brisk walk/jog with the dogs.
