I currently work out 3 times a week. I seem to stay in shape just fine doing this and eating half-way healthy. How often do you work out?

Currently I've been working out everday for the past couple of weeks! However that routine will all change being that I go out to sea. But currently my schedule is as such. but will probally change in a couple of weeks
Monday-morning: push ups, sit ups, run 2miles -Evening: Weights, heavy bag, train and spar with friends Tuesday-Evening: weights, heavy bag. Wensday(same as monday) Thursday(same as tuesday) Friday(same as monday) Sunday/Saturday(varies/sometimes off) |
