Occasional Cycling, and other activities

Abs and lower back - 4 days per week varied.

Class time : 2 - 3 sessions per week (Mostly teaching - not great for the workout aspect lol)

I also try to do something fun but physical once a week... ie: Painball, Rock Climbing, Basketball, or even just a round of golf......

Thats a rough breakdown of my weekly routine, hope it helps

I do the following routine monday, wednesday and fridays.
I have classes thursday nights only for right now, hopefully more soon.
I practice on saturdays and tuesdays for about 45 minutes.

Workout routine: (in no specific order)
3x 7reps:
peck deck
benchpress
row
lat pulldown
cable crossovers
military press
smith machine shrugs

3x13reps:
cable bicepts curl
cable isolated tricept extension
wood choppers
and this one exercise to round out my shoulders, I don't know what it's called but you take an ez bar on a cable maching and you hold it in an underhand grip with your knuckles facing away from you. then you raise your elbows straight up... it's good.. if I get enough PMs or replies wanting to know more maybe i'll take a video of me doing it.

Please note, that I am trying to add muscle mass, so I do a higher weight with less reps than I normally do. If you want to build endurance or tone up, use less weight and more reps.

I have been very lax as late; what with lower back problems and my thyroid problems.

Although to be honest, I have probably used these as an excuse to be lazy.

I have now started a diet to lose at least a stone which I'm hoping will ease some of the back problems and then I will start my old regime again.........I hope

5 Reps of:-

30 wide push-ups
20 normal push-ups
10 diamond push-ups
10 normal push-ups but with feet on four consecutive steps increasing in height.

20 normal crunches
20 twist crunches alternate sides
20 normal crunches

Never really did much weights. I have always been quite naturally strong, luckily my dad was a very strong man when he was young.

Martial arts training - never really stop.
If I'm not actually at class then I'm always doing something or other, much to my wifes disgust at times! lol!

now days the general rule is always do higher weights for strength and cardio for cardio. the whole toning thing has been called into question.

you just posted a link to an advertisement, not an example of different exercises. i am sure you would be able to find examples of what you wish to discuss on youtube.
