I do very little weight lifting, can never seem to stick with a gym, and find that doing the DIY on my house and garden soon develop the sort of strength I'm after. I'm not interested in getting any bigger (see my other thread on being a 'Fatty') I just want my muscles to be more efficient.

Welcome to the forums Rageng, interesting name any reason behind it? Also, sorry for being ignorant, but what are 'Good Mornings'?

good mornings are something that screwed up bruce lee's back because he did it with something like... 90 pounds of weight i think? when... according to bruce... "all you need is the bar itself".

Good-morning - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Here's an explanation of the exercise. I'm relying on Wikipedia here because I'm not really a weightlifter, and am afraid I'd explain it wrong.
