Default Weight training

How many of you weight train? I do about 3-4 times a week and rotate upper and lower body workouts. It's a great way to boost your metabolism and lose weight.

I do some weight training, I use to just do bodyweight exercises but I've found that adding some dumbell exercises lets you hit some muscles more effectively

I really like to do military press. It increases my striking power and helps me get through some of those long work outs. Other than that I do the usual lifts and some body weight workouts too.

I like military press as well, but every now and again I like to throw in some handstand push-ups, they have the same effect, but really help with balance as well

I like using dumbbells while balancing on my Indo Board - it makes me focus on my form to a greater degree.
