Default Hooray! Instructed Bag Training

For the first time since I've started practicing karate, I'm going to get to do a decent amount of instructed bag training (that is, working with a bag while someone helps make sure I'm retaining correct form so as to not injure myself).
Sensei is making sure everyone has the proper hand/wrist protection, and then bag training will become a structured part of the learning process.
