Koutaishi is new to the dojo
Default Hi

I am a student of many martial arts. Most of what I have studied, sadly, is from books and video, though I have had some live instruction in karate and t'ai chi.
I am also a student of Eastern medicine, and am currently reading everything I can on Shiatsu. I hope to find an instructor, at some point.

Welcome to MAMeta Forums.
Yeah, books and videos aren't ideal for learning, but if they're all you've got to work with, they're all you've got to work with.
