I am the Chief instructor of AFK and the Founder of the AFK fighting system and the AFK kickboxing league
Im an open minded martial artist.I have competed in almost every format o kickboxing available and also in many other martial arts fighting systems . I currently hold the F.I.S.T Muay Thai European title which was in my latest fight.
As far as promoters are concerned,i dont give figthers at short notice,i also only put fighters out during the season Feb-may , after that is off season. Occasionally i will entertain the Sept till Dec season but wont put many fighters out.

I am one of the top coaches in the UK with a stable of fighters that compete in all styles. We are currently training 2 fighters to compete in K1 in Japan and also have a few fighters fighting Muay Thai in Thailand. I myself have had 22 Muay Thai fights with 6 of them at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, all of which I won. 4 by KO, 1 by points (over a thailand champion and 1 by tko due to cuts. I believe it is my duty to share my knowledge with the martial arts community so feel free to ask me any questions you want. If you are near my gym you can come and train with myself and the many other Thai, K-1 and kickboxing champions.

I teach my classes at 2 different venues. I also work in co-operation with Andy Marlow who teaches Muay Thai and amateur boxing in sheffield . I am also preparing tradtional martial artists to prepare for K-1 matches. I trained Kasim Khan and helped him convert his wing chun style to one that was workable for the K-1 even though i only had limited time available.Watch this space theres more where Kasim came from!

As far as style A is better than style B, thats also a load of crap! Every style is evolving and there will come a day when you wont be able to tell Karate from kickboxing from Muay thai from TaekwonDo as all are stand up fighting styles with variable "cultural" differences more than anything and they can all improve and learn from each other. NO style has ALL the answers!

It is my own Gym, thats how I became top dog. I am glad finally there are some people here who realise I am a valuable asset to this website. Many years of training allow me to be chief instructor!
