Default Principles of karate

I found that there are 20 principles of karate. I wasn't aware of them and thought that I would share. I only listed 10 but if you go to the site you can find the other 10. Here is a good site for more info on it. Funikoshi's Principle

1. In Karate, start with a bow and finish with a bow.

2. There is no first attack in Karate.

3. Karate is a great assistance to justice.

4. Know yourself first and then others.

5. Spirit first: techniques second.

6. Be ready to release your mind.

7. Accidents come out of idleness.

8. Do not think that you can learn Karate only in the Dojo.

9. It will take your entire life to learn Karate.

10. Karate-ise everything.

I do like those very much. What I like the most is that a lot of it applies to the way you can live your life. Ok, maybe I am getting a little too deep. Either way I am going to print this out for a friend of mine.

I knew 5 from the list above but in somewhat changed fashion , but they are true as when you are at peace with yoursel you are at peace with your boday and that leads you to be perfectly balanced.
