Here are the belt ranks in Taekwondo in case anyone doesnt know

9th White Belt
8th Yellow Belt
7th Varies
6th Green Belt
5th Varies
4th Blue Belt
3rd Varies
2nd Brown Belt
1st Varies

The National Progressive Taekwondo Association lists the colored belt (Gup) system as follows:

9th Grade White Belt
8th Grade Yellow Belt
7th Grade Orange Belt
6th Grade Low Green Belt
5th Grade High Green Belt
4th Grade Purple Belt
3rd Grade Blue Belt
2nd Grade Brown Belt
1st Grade Red Belt

For the "Varies" are there any specific Type of colors that can vary or could it be any color?

There are many different belt orders. I am not sure if you are listing WTF or ITF belt order.

At our school, for example, the order is a bit different.

White
Wht Advanced
Yellow
Yellow Adv
Purple
Purple Adv
Green (3 levels in Green)
Red (3 levels in Red)
Black
(sometimes there are brown belts, it is more of an instructors course and they still have to go through all the levels)
