I'm thinking about studying Tae Kwon Do again. I wanted to know if anyone knows any good books or dvds that really break down Tae Kwon Do? I wanna brush up on it at home before I enter a real class. Could use some suggestions...

Maybe difficult to reccomend books or dvds since many schools may vary in their teachings. If you do know the specific style and traditions of the TKD school then it may help.
I find it easier to teach a student that is not assuming what will be next. It is a bit simpler to teach than to re-teach a technique. |
