Angry The Schools that completely waiste your time (Tang soo do)

okay lets think about this...in Tang soo do, if your school is not certified than when you get your black belt, you are not recignized! you dont get your dan number you cant even compete in color belt compatatitions if your instructor does not have his Kyo Sa Nim, so lemme ask you this, if your going to open a school, don throw away all the time and effort you put into learning your art. get your **** Kyo Sa Nim

I think the idea is that you should check and see if the school/instructor is certified before signing up for it.

If there are competitions going on in your area, a certified school shouldn't be too hard to find, but make sure that the martial arts program 'isn't' just a side-thing (ie in a gym, or at a youth club, where they just 'happen' to teach it).

Stick with a dojo with a good reputation, and a recognised style/discipline.
