I enjoy watching submission wrestling but it is not something i have tried myself yet. Would love to oneday.

Judo is actually form of submission wrestling, did you know that?

Figures though, as they basically do wrestle.
Submission seems to be such an open category doesnt it?
Lots of styles fall under it.

Yeah, there are a ton of disciplines that use submission holds, I guess almost any of them could fall under the category of submission wrestling

Judo is excellent to have in your submission arsenal. I think basically anything where you want to be close would be submission and anything where you keep your distance would be striking.
