Don't box with a boxer, don't kick with a kicker, don't grapple with a grappler...as they will beat you...that is their specialty...words of wisdom from Larry Hartsell & Dan Inosanto
If that guy is so much bigger than you, the main thing is not to let him grab you...because then he can crush you...or rip your head off...so you have to know how to control the "distance"...which takes some training...first, though, you have to know the 4 ranges...and preferably get some training in those also...
So it sounded like like a simple question...but the answer is not so simple...

For every one hundred men you send us,
Ten should not even be here.
Eighty are nothing but targets.
Nine of them are real fighters;
We are lucky to have them, they the battle make.
Ah, but the one. One of them is a warrior.
And he will bring the others back.

Oh...forgot...if he does grab you and is tossing you like a rag doll or about to rip your limbs off...what do you do??...Go to the eyes...finger strike...best defense even for a small woman...why?? because if you punch a much bigger opponent, he may just laugh at you...but he can be a pro football linemen, or a Japanese sumo wrestler, and if you poke him in the eyes, it hurts him just as much as you or me...
I was once training some prison guards in South Carolina...one guard told me that is exactly what he does when he is attacked...drives a finger straight into the eye, then curves his finger down to the ground...he said "their knees buckle and they all cry for Mama"...
So there you have it...real life story...

i disagree.... if you are a skilled grappler then you know it comes down to technique and leverage not size.....
